INSECTS

This little collection was inspired by the creepy crawly world.  The wings of butterflies, legs of insects, spun silks and beetle shells.  I have used a range of mixed media to create my designs.  I have printed my sketches and paintings onto fabrics, and used a combination of machine and hand embroidery, metallic threads, quilting, appliqué and fabric manipulation to design this vibrant collections.
